It is no surprise Dr. Pong's office has consistently received 5 star reviews. I have had to pleasure working with Michelle. She is so personable and does a fantastic job educating and cleaning my teeth during my routine visits. She seems to thoroughly enjoy her job, which doesn't go unnoticed. Dr. Pong's entire staff are extremely competent, staying on top of things and accurately managing my file. I always feel taken care of when leaving the office, versus some not so good experiences I've had with larger chain dentistry's in the area.

They are SO nice at this office. We moved from Federal Way to Tacoma two years ago and we still go here. I keep meaning to find somewhere closer to home but I put it off because maybe they won't be as pleasant.

Dr. Pong and his staff are amazing. I could not imagine going anywhere else. I used to get anxiety real bad at another place, and did not go to the dentist for eight years because of it. This team has made every visit a positive experience. They are professional and great at what they do.

Excellent experience from booking my appointment through follow up visits ! Receptions staff was great and informative . Initial dental exam x rays etc were fun and professional . I left with a quote and a clear understanding of my treatment plan. I returned within a week and had a seamless mostly pain free visit for three fillings! I felt like the entire staff and Dr Pong were well qualified and that I received excellent treatment.

NO ONE enjoys going to the dentist, but they've always taken amazing care of me here! I've never had any pain during my cleanings (Tarnia is AMAZING!!) and they can fit me in on short notice when I notice something like a cavity or a chipped tooth (molar, to be exact). Tarnia is awesome during my cleanings - she always remembers our old conversations (how does she do that when I only see her twice a year?!) and it's never awkward, despite her being knuckle deep in my mouth. I also asked Dr Pong about Invisalign when I first started seeing him, and it would've been super easy for him to say, "Sure! We can do that!" but he was totally honest with me and said that I would likely need full on metal braces (yup! I'm a metal mouth now). He said that if I really wanted to, we could do some weird frankenstein combo between Invisalign and metal braces, but to get the type of corrections I needed and to fix everything once and for all, I'd need real braces, thereby giving my hard earned money to another place instead of taking it for himself. Can't beat that kinda honesty and great service!!!
